David Kohler is a retired Lieutenant from the Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office with 25 years of law enforcement service. He founded and led the High Tech Crimes Unit from 2012–2023, personally directing forensic examinations in some of New Jersey’s most high-profile cases — including matters that received national media coverage and Investigation Discovery features.
